Connection
I spent 10+ years in higher education managing programs, projects, and courses. What I learned is that, although I’m an introvert, I love connecting with people, both in person and through written communication.
Collaboration
I credit my early background in theater for my collaborative approach to communications projects. Sincere collaboration fosters ownership of our work together.
Iteration
Continuous improvement keeps projects moving forward. It’s a strategy I’ve had to learn over my career when perfectionism failed me. We work together to fine-tune materials until they’re ready and adapt to changing business needs.
